大神们，关于联合国恐怖组织清关
有没有大神们懂这个的，the Non Affiliated with terrorist Organization clearance from the united nations security council.
客户非要有这个证明，是到叙利亚的，第一次去这个国家，是怎么一回事呢，求各位大神解答.
客户给的金额还算理想，但是没有这个证明就不下单，而且非要我们出钱做这个，或者是不是一个骗子客户呢？

Why for the terrorist Organization clearance?
You know that Syria have been in war for over 5 years now and their are many international sanctions from some countries like US, some EU member states, some countries in ASIA, due to the war their are so many terrorist organization like ISIS etc and so many other, so the United nation Security Council passed a resolution that for any humanitarian relief/ aid going into syria the company must be cleared and the will issue to the said company Non Affiliated with terrorist Organization clearance which shall stand as prove that the company is not affiliated with any terrorist organization and the prove that the Aid is truly meant for Poor civilians that die every day in numbers and which is the only prove that the Syrian Government needs to allow such aid come into its borders, any company without such clearance from the United Nations Security Council shall not be allowed to bring in its aid into Syria.

What's mean of the clearance?
This means that your company will have to apply for this Non Affiliated with terrorist Organization clearance from the United Nations Security Council through the united nation security council officer that will be assigned to help your company obatin this clearance, the office have the level 12 clearance to apply, process and obtain the Non Affiliated with terrorist Organization clearance from the United Nations Security Council on behalf of your company. To proceed in giving you further contract procurement procedures/formalities as herein below:-
An official confirmation letter confirming the award to your firm, your company will obtain and present to us Non Affiliated with terrorist Organization clearance from the United Nations Security Council and C-TPAT (Customs–Trade Partnership Against Terrorism), which in due shall warrant an official approval documents and endorsement of both the contract hard copy documents and payment release voucher as required.
