亲们的回答帮我解决问题的话，我会给高分的~！！！如题：电脑和excel莫名恢复到前几天的某个状态，重启后就又恢复到正常的数据和状态！描述：1.这两天发生的情况，已查过病毒和木马，没有发现。2.24日，正在处理excel中的数据保存后，突然显示“资源管理器未响应”，然后窗口跟excel死掉了。然后我再打开之前的excel（数据都是实时保存的！），发现excel变为了23日上午10点钟的那个状态和数据。然后看了一下，23日10点钟以后新增的excel等都没有了。重启后，excel恢复到24日正常状态和正确数据。3.24日，晚上我关机后。回家开机，发现之前整理的文件夹（比如将B文件夹放在A文件夹里）B文件夹没有在A文件夹里，B文件夹恢复到23日10点钟的那种状态。求解：是资源管理器的问题吗？还是只能换系统了？各位亲们，我的问题不全是数据丢失，主要是系统重启之后又能找到了。再次关机，开机后就又恢复到23日的状态。再重启又OK了。麻烦各位亲能仔细看一下我后面的描述。

展开全部你可以用排除法，先排除EXECL的问题，重装一下OFFICE。其次再考虑系统问题。还有问题那考虑硬件，如内存。
