展开全部LZ你好!1,我猜你的电脑应该有插件,我先试试杀毒软件什么都不开.你去驱动一下开机启动项 :在运行那输入msconfig并打开,再点击启动,把所有的选项全部取消,让后重启,在试试开游戏!2,重新安装游戏3,打开游戏目录,检查是否有可疑的DLL文件,如果有先删除,但是记得要备份!展开全部我也出现过这种情况，请不要慌张，这是因为电脑的c盘内存满了，只要清理一下c盘内存，就可以运行了。如果c盘满了的话运行软件，游戏都会卡的。希望采纳
