　　在实习期间，最大的感受就是理想与现实的差距很大。当我写好一份教案，认真地在脑海模拟几次上课的流程和情景后，我以为那节课可以上的很好了，但事实却不是这样。上课时间的把握，各个步骤的衔接，幼儿情绪的调动，课堂秩序的维持等不确定的因素，对教师的组织能力和控制能力提出了比我想象中更高的要求。而这些也是我以后要注意和提高的。
