  我是一名在成都网吧上班的店长。网吧店长作为门店的管理人员,对日常运营起了不小的作用,做好网吧店长工作职责肯定是很重要的,这里就具体说说成都时空引擎网吧店长的工作职责是什么。
  据了解成都时空引擎网吧店长的工作职责主要有负责门店的全面工作,网吧人事管理方面招聘解雇、工作安排、监督考核等,安排及管理网吧员工的日常工作情况,策划和组织网吧各项活动,制定网吧门店相关规章制度。
  网吧店长还要负责网吧后勤管理和商品、库房管理工作,管理各种物品的采购情况,管理网吧员工奖惩、薪酬、人员培训情况,连锁网吧门店店长还要负责与连锁公司总部、各主管部门及各服务商的联系及协调好。
