我们公司是一个定制橱柜和销售的个人公司，我刚刚到公司1年不到，之前没有任何规章制度，老板招聘我来就是要建立规章制度，并且将公司的架构建立起来，我们办公司和门店是连接一起的，店长是店里的老员工，刚刚提成店长的，员工面前做老好人，老板来了，就把责任都推到别人身上，办共室桌面图纸东西乱飞，老板说弄得乱七八糟，我去提醒他们，不但不听而且还说不要烦他们，上班签到我们使用的是手机APP签到，规定8:50前到公司，他们都8:40多签完到，办私事，过了时间才上来，提醒过N次，并且也罚过，都没用，管理不好，老板找我说话，我不知道怎么办了？各位大神，有没有什么好办法

一个新来的人资，先与各部门领导搞好关系。提醒2次后，按规章制度执行，先抓典型的，全公司通报批评，最好是软柿子，合情合理处理好先树立你的威信，后面就好办了。
