有没有人给我个世纪天成代理的游戏的游戏帐号?

7.5号由于我的游戏帐号被盗，盗号者利用我的帐号进行了某些操作，等我通过密保问题找回密码后发现，我一登入游戏就提示“连接中断”。
之后我通过客服知道是游戏帐号被封停了，她们给我的理由为“帐号使用外挂所以被封停”。然后我就给出了帐号不是我本人在使用，是被盗了，我有证据证明。可是她们缺已“我们只针对帐号不针对人”为理由回绝了我的帐号解封申诉。
正是这样的强权封停使我很不满意，如果说普通帐号也就算了，但是这个帐号价值3000左右，怎么能让人甘心？
事发当日，我已经在上海315发过投诉，但是至今没有消息，希望你们能帮助我解决这个问题，谢谢
